New Hampshire property and open field for septic system planning
About Jason

Experienced Septic Designer Serving New Hampshire

South Road Designs is led by Jason, a licensed septic designer based in Deerfield, New Hampshire. His goal is simple: serve clients first by listening closely, understanding the property, and designing a septic system that works for the landowner, contractor, and site conditions.

Jason brings 25 years of land surveying experience to each project. That background helps him evaluate grades, boundaries, wetlands, wells, driveways, structures, and other site details that can shape a septic design before it reaches the approval stage.

As a one-person design practice, clients work directly with Jason from the first conversation through the design and approval process. The result is a practical, personal approach built around clear communication and careful planning.

How Jason Works

A Client-First Approach to Septic Design

Jason works closely with landowners and contractors to understand what the project needs, what the property allows, and what concerns should be addressed before the design is finalized.

View Design Process
  1. 01

Listen First Every project starts with a conversation about the property, the client’s plans, and the questions that need to be answered.

  2. 02

Evaluate the Property Jason reviews records, site conditions, soil information, layout constraints, and features that may affect the septic design.

  3. 03

Design Around the Site The system is planned around the property’s real conditions, including house layout, leachfield area, tank location, well, driveway, grades, and setbacks.

  4. 04

Guide the Approval Process Once the design is ready, Jason prepares the applications and helps move the project through local and state review.
